Are you worried that generative AI could undermine the development of your students’ writing skills? In this workshop, we explored three approaches to generative AI: embrace, explore, and avoid. After a brief presentation, participants developed or revised a writing assignment with AI in mind. Lori Jacobson (Director, Writing and Communication Center), STLI staff, and trained undergraduate students provided feedback and brainstormed to help participants develop their writing assignments.
