Transparent assignment design aimed to make learning processes clearer for students, positively impacting their self-efficacy, sense of belonging, and confidence. During the first 25 minutes of the session, we shared strategies for implementing clear and transparent directions for approaching and completing assignments that use Generative AI. Participants then stayed to workshop implementing these strategies in an assignment they planned to use in their courses.
